How a coffee bar fits into your wedding day
Couples book the wedding coffee bar for one of three moments:
- Ceremony arrival (30–45 min before vows): warm welcome drinks while guests are seated.
- Cocktail hour: an espresso martini bar alongside the signature cocktails.
- Late-night dessert (8:30–10:30 PM): affogatos, espresso shots, and Irish coffee to keep the dance floor going.
Signature drinks & custom menus
Every wedding gets a custom menu printed on a chalkboard or matte card stock to match your stationery. Most couples build a menu of 4–6 drinks: a house latte, a seasonal special, two signature drinks named after the couple ("The Sarah," "The Michael"), and a non-coffee option like a London Fog or matcha.
Quiet, electric, venue-friendly
Our mobile espresso cart runs on a single 110V outlet — no generators, no propane, no noise during the ceremony. We've poured at Salt & Acres, mountain venues in Estes Park, downtown Denver lofts, and backyard receptions across the Front Range.

Common questions from couples
How long do you stay?
Our 2-hour minimum covers most wedding service windows. Many couples book a 90-minute ceremony block plus a 90-minute late-night block as separate windows.
Can you serve cocktails?
We serve espresso martinis and Irish coffees when your venue allows. We don't carry a liquor license, so spirits are supplied through your venue or bar service.
