Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mylatteda.com and the mobile espresso and catering services provided by Latte'Da Mobile Espresso ("Latte'Da," "we," "us"). By using our site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings & Deposits

Bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on or before the date specified in your booking confirmation. Dates are held on a first-paid basis.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date within 12 months, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may forfeit the full balance.
• Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor events is handled case-by-case at no extra fee when possible.

Service Area & Travel

We serve the Colorado Front Range. Events outside our standard service area may include a travel fee, which will be quoted before booking is confirmed.

Setup, Power & Access

Our mobile bar is fully electric. The client is responsible for ensuring safe vehicle access to the setup area and, where required, access to a standard 120V outlet. If power is not available, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Guest Counts & Menu Changes

Final guest counts and menu selections must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Increases after that point are accommodated when possible and may incur additional charges.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Returned payments may incur a fee.

Liability

Latte'Da carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, venue issues, or acts of third parties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the event in question.

Allergens

Our menu items may contain or come into contact with milk, soy, nuts, gluten, and eggs. Please inform us of any allergies in advance; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Use of Site

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. All site content, branding, and images are the property of Latte'Da or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
