Fall is the busiest wedding season on the Colorado Front Range, and the calendar fills up faster than most couples expect. If you're planning a September, October, or early November wedding, your coffee and espresso vendor should already be on your short list.
Why fall weddings sell out early
Between the golden aspens, cool mountain air, and picture-perfect light, fall in Colorado is a wedding photographer's dream — and every couple knows it. Popular venues in Boulder, Denver, Golden, Estes Park, and the Front Range foothills are typically booked 9–14 months in advance. Preferred vendors follow the same pattern.
At Latte'Da, our fall Saturdays regularly book out by early summer. Once a date is claimed, we don't double-book — one wedding gets our full attention, our full setup, and our full team.
Why coffee matters more at fall weddings
- Cool mornings and evenings. A warm espresso bar becomes a gathering point when the temperature drops after sunset.
- Longer receptions. Fall guests linger. Late-night lattes and affogatos keep the energy up through the last dance.
- Seasonal flavors. Pumpkin spice, brown butter, cinnamon, maple — our fall menu leans into the season in a way that feels intentional, not gimmicky.
What "booking early" actually gets you
Beyond simply reserving the date, booking 6+ months out gives you time to:
- Design a custom signature drink menu with your names or wedding colors
- Coordinate power, placement, and timing with your planner and venue
- Add on gelato, a dessert bar, or late-night affogatos without scrambling
- Lock in current pricing before seasonal rate adjustments
Our current fall availability
As of now, we still have limited Saturday dates open in September and October, and a handful of Fridays and Sundays throughout the season. Weekday and off-peak dates offer the most flexibility — and often the best value.
If a fall wedding is in your plans, don't wait. Request a quote or reach out directly and we'll walk you through availability, packages, and how to build the perfect coffee experience for your day.
