What our coffee cart catering includes
Every booking comes with a fully equipped espresso bar, two trained baristas, and a custom menu built for your guest count and timeline. We bring filtered water, eco-friendly cups, oat & whole milk, organic espresso, drip coffee, and a full syrup bar — vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, lavender, and seasonal specials.
Our setup runs on standard 110V power and fits into venues, ballrooms, lobbies, patios, and tented receptions. We arrive 60 minutes before service, set up in 30 minutes, and stay as long as you need.

Packages start at a flat hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum. Cash bar bookings — where attendees pay per drink — start at a $50 reservation fee. Custom branding on cups and sleeves is available with four weeks' notice.
Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?
Saturdays in summer fill up six to nine months out. Weekday corporate events usually have availability with two to four weeks' notice.
Do you need power and water?
One standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. We carry our own filtered water for outdoor sites with no water access.
How many drinks per hour can the cart serve?
About 60 drinks per hour per barista. Most weddings book two baristas to keep the line moving during peak windows.
Can you brand cups for our event?
Yes — custom-printed sleeves and menu cards are available with four weeks' lead time.
