Erie has changed a lot in the last few years. What used to be a quiet town between Boulder and Longmont is now one of the fastest-growing communities on the Front Range — Vista Ridge, Colliers Hill, Erie Highlands, Compass, Rex Ranch, Erie Commons. New neighborhoods, new schools, new offices, and a whole lot of early mornings that deserve better than gas-station drip.
That's where we come in. Latte'Da is a mobile espresso and breakfast catering company serving Erie and the surrounding Front Range, and over the last few years we've quietly become the town's go-to for coffee-forward events — from HOA pancake breakfasts to wedding-morning bridal suites to teacher appreciation weeks at Red Hawk, Black Rock, Meadowlark, and Erie Elementary.
Why Erie chose us
We didn't set out to become "Erie's coffee cart." It happened because the town kept asking us back. A few reasons customers give us when we ask:
- We actually show up on time. Erie mornings are tight — kids to school, meetings at 8, ceremonies at 10. Our team is on-site 30–45 minutes early, every time.
- Real espresso, not pod coffee. We pull double shots on a commercial La Marzocco, steam local milk, and serve the same lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, mochas, and cold brew you'd get at a specialty café in Denver.
- Breakfast that pairs with it. Warm croissants, quiche cups, scones, breakfast burritos, fruit boards, and pastry towers — sourced from Front Range bakers, not a warehouse.
- All-in pricing. No mystery fees. What you see on the quote is what you pay.
Where we set up in Erie
The cart fits almost anywhere — driveways, cul-de-sacs, HOA clubhouses, office lobbies, backyards, barns, and the covered pavilions at Coal Creek and Erie Community Park. We've served coffee at:
- Vista Ridge Community Center weekend brunches
- Colliers Hill and Compass welcome events
- Erie Highlands HOA meetings and holiday gatherings
- Wedding mornings at private homes and short-term rentals near Erie Reservoir
- Corporate offices along Erie Parkway and the Highway 7 corridor
- School staff appreciation days at Erie Elementary, Red Hawk, Black Rock, Meadowlark, Soaring Heights, and Erie High
- Youth sports tournaments and 5Ks at the Erie Community Center
What Erie events actually book
Three packages cover about 90% of what we do in town:
- Neighborhood & HOA mornings (25–75 guests). Two hours of unlimited espresso drinks plus a light pastry spread. Perfect for block parties, HOA meet-and-greets, and school PTO events.
- Corporate breakfast (30–150 guests). Coffee bar plus breakfast burritos or a pastry-and-fruit board. We handle the whole morning while you run your meeting.
- Wedding & celebration mornings (40–200 guests). Coffee for getting-ready suites, guest arrival, or the day-after brunch. Signature drinks named after the couple are a favorite touch.
How pricing works
Most Erie events land between $650 and $1,500 all-in, depending on guest count, drink menu, and whether you add breakfast. There's no travel fee anywhere in Erie or Lafayette — we're right next door. You can build a real quote and book online in about five minutes at mylatteda.com/book.
Booking window
Weekends in May, June, September, and October fill up 8–12 weeks ahead in Erie — especially wedding Saturdays and school-year-end teacher events. Weekday corporate mornings usually have 2–3 weeks of lead time. If your date is close, call us anyway; we hold a few flex slots each week for last-minute Erie customers.
