    Iced Coffee Bar.
    Built for Hot Days.

A full iced coffee bar for summer weddings, outdoor receptions, and warm-weather corporate events — cold brew, shakeratos, flavored iced lattes, and refreshers, all poured from our quiet electric espresso bar.

When the sun is out and the patio is full, a hot drip-coffee urn is the last thing guests want. Our iced coffee bar is the opposite — bright, refreshing, and built around the kinds of drinks people actually order at a café in July. It's a natural fit for outdoor weddings, garden cocktail hours, summer brand activations, and afternoon corporate events along the Front Range.

    What's on the iced bar

We design the iced menu around your event, but a typical summer setup includes:

    • Cold brew on tap — slow-steeped, smooth, low-acid. Black or with cream.
    • Iced lattes & flavored iced lattes — vanilla, lavender, honey cinnamon, brown sugar, caramel, and seasonal syrups.
    • Shakeratos — espresso shaken hard over ice for a frothy, café-style finish.
    • Iced Americanos & iced macchiatos for the espresso-forward crowd.
    • Refreshers — fruit-forward, lightly caffeinated, dairy-free options for guests skipping coffee.
    • Iced matcha & iced chai — non-coffee options that still feel like a treat.

Oat, almond, coconut, and whole milk are standard. Decaf and sugar-free syrups are always on the bar. See the full drink list on our menu page.

    Iced coffee bar for weddings

Summer ceremonies on the Front Range run warm — guests arriving from a parking shuttle in August want something cold in hand before they sit down. An iced coffee bar at the ceremony arrival window or during cocktail hour gives them exactly that, and it photographs beautifully next to the florals. Most couples pair the iced bar with a small hot menu for early-morning or sunset moments, then lean fully iced for the daytime stretch. See setup ideas on our wedding coffee catering page and the full wedding coffee bar guide.

    Outdoor events & warm-weather corporate

For summer company picnics, client appreciation days, grand openings, golf tournaments, and resident events at apartment communities, the iced bar doubles as a hospitality moment and a conversation piece. Everything runs from our electric van on shore power — no generator, no exhaust, no noise — so we can park on a lawn, a rooftop, or a clubhouse driveway without disrupting the event. More on the silent setup in our generator-free catering guide.

    How it's served

We bring the full mobile espresso bar — the same commercial setup we use for hot service — and configure it for high-volume iced output: large ice supply, cold brew on tap, pre-batched syrups, and a workflow tuned to keep the line moving on a hot day. Curious about the bar itself? Read our comparison of the mobile espresso bar vs. coffee cart to pick the right format for your venue.
